| DANIEL H. COLE is professor of law and professor of public and environmental affairs at Indiana University Bloomington, where he also serves on the affiliated faculty of the Vincent and MICHAEL D. MCGINNIS is professor of political science at Indiana University Bloomington. He is a senior research fellow (and former director) of the Vincent and Elinor Ostrom Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis. Elinor Ostrom Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis. Field received his PhD in English from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, in 2015, his MA in English from the University of Dayton in 2005, his BA in English from the University of Cincinnati in 2003, and his AA from Sinclair Community College in 2001. He has served as an Assistant Professor of English in the Languages, Literature, and Philosophy department at Tennessee State University since 2015. Richard B. Norgaard is Professor Emeritus of Energy and Resources, University of California, Berkeley. He is among the founders of Ecological Economics and a transdisciplinary scholar working at the science-policy interface. DANIEL H.
