Day by Day in the Little Way is both a devotional and a practical way to learn the teachings of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face. Each day begins with a quote from Thérèse, followed by a short teaching, a personal reflection and a call-to-action, as well as a prayer asking for her help to understand and practice the teaching of the day. This format provides the reader with a miniature formation program in the Little Way of Spiritual Childhood because it includes instruction for the head and the heart as well as a challenge to act which helps to form the will.
