ARC is a novel about love and loss as well as an indictment of a democratic society that seems to become less so each day."

As the novel opens, FBI Special Agent Jeff Kent is struggling to recover from the death of his only daughter. His mission is to track down the leaders of a domestic terrorist group committed to changing the social and political fabric of society. The group claims that "real change" can occur only through acts of violence against the powerful and corrupt. To this end, ARC targets the heads of corporations responsible for crimes against humanity.

Kent's primary suspect is Daniel Retner, a disillusioned, former black ops officer. Daniel's reasons for joining the terrorist group are both political and personal. During the course of Kent's investigation, Kent learns that Retner is no renegade black-ops commando gone bonkers. His motives for joining the terrorist group run deep. Crushed by his experiences as a clandestine officer in Iraq, Retner returns home and falls in love with a beautiful political activist. Everything seems just fine, until a traumatic event in his life pushes him over the edge.
