Ghostly apparitions and deadly Asian shamans are appearing in Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles, and their police departments are unable to deal with them. That's when they call on ex-soldier and ex-cop Josh Savage to contend with these expressions of the supernatural. Hard luck has followed Josh recently and he's struggling with his faith; nevertheless, he always answers the call of duty.
