Brenda Spencer-Ragland, Ed.D., is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Communications. She later received her Doctorate in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University, completing her dissertation on Interagency Collaborative Support of Agencies supporting Veteran Homelessness.Dr. Spencer-Ragland retired from the Department of the Army as a senior civilian, dedicating her career to serving Soldiers and their families. With expertise in both housing and program management, extensive research on homelessness, and a strong foundation of faith and personal testimony, she is committed to helping others find hope and support.Brenda makes her home in Oklahoma with her husband of 27 years, along with her children, grandchildren, and brother.
