Born on April 10, 1953, in the city of Chimbote, Peru. He studied law and economics. He worked in executive positions for various Peruvian government institutions and private companies until 1989, when he emigrated to the United States of America and became involved in the construction business, achieving notable success in real estate until the economic crisis of 2010, which affected him significantly.
Paradoxically, the time that resulted from this period of inactivity allowed him to devote himself to his passion for writing.
In 2011, he created the journalistic blog latinoamericanousa.com, and from its pages he began publishing his first articles, which eventually became the chapters of El Maligno. In 2013, he decided to publish his work, seeking to reach his readers, who by then already numbered in the thousands.
