Andrew Hunt grew up in the North of Scotland, then studied at Girton College, Cambridge where he received a first in law. After three years working as a creative for the TV industry (including the BBC and Endemol) he moved into finance (Baillie Gifford & Standard Life) where he made his fortune investing in distressed micro-cap companies; becoming one of the UK's youngest ever ISA millionaires. Hunt retired in his 30's to renovate a historic Scottish tower house.Now married with three children, his interests include conservation, and alpinism, as well as political policy. He has been a regular contributor for The Critic, CapX, The Conservative Woman and The Conservative Post.
