Dr. Jay Barnett is a former professional football player turned author, sought-after speaker, mental health advocate, and marriage and family therapist. Today, Dr. Jay is a pioneering mental health visionary with a special focus on bringing fair access to mental health resources to Black men, minority youth, and other underserved communities. Dr. Jay earned a doctorate in healthcare administration from Virginia University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and a masters in marriage and family science from North Central University in San Diego, California.
