MICHAEL J. KAMDAR is a seasoned life science and healthcare executive with over thirty-five years of international leadership experience. He has led and founded multiple biotech companies, including Molecular Assemblies (President, CEO, and Director), VentiRx Pharmaceuticals (Founder, CEO, and Director, acquired by Celgene), Avalyn Pharmaceuticals (Founder, CBO, and Director), and Anadys Pharmaceuticals (CBO and CFO). He served as Head of Global Business Development at Agouron Pharmaceuticals, which was acquired by Pfizer. Throughout his career, Kamdar has completed over $1.5 billion in business deals and raised more than $750 million from venture firms and public markets. He currently sits on the Board of Pacylex Pharmaceuticals and is Chair of the Strategic Advisory Board of Yatiri Bio.
