What Time Is It Really?
Since 1914, the world seems to have entered a new phase. Wars, pandemics, growing lawlessness, social tension, and a sense of uncertainty affecting the entire earth raise an unusual question:
Is all of this merely coincidence?or does the Bible reveal what time it really is?
This book takes the reader on a journey through some of the Bible's most fascinating prophecies. Why does the year 1914 play such an important role? What do the "seven times" in the book of Daniel mean? What can we learn from Nebuchadnezzar's dream of the felled tree? And why does Daniel's great image end with feet made of iron and clay?
Step by step, the book moves on to Jesus' statements about the last days, the worldwide preaching work, Babylon the Great, the great tribulation, Gog of Magog, and Armageddon.
But the message does not end with the end of an old world. It points toward a new one?to God's Kingdom, the resurrection, 1,000 years of restoration, and finally to an earth where sickness, war, and death no longer have the final word.
This book does not attempt to set a date for the end. Instead, it invites readers to examine the Bible texts for themselves and consider a personal question:
If we cannot know the exact day, can we still recognize what time it is?
Late enough that we should no longer be sleeping. But not too late to wake up.
